These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, LSEAdvantage.com, and our masterclass, The LSE Advantage (the “Service”). 1. Service Description

1.1. The LSE Advantage is an online educational masterclass providing video content, digital resources, and a physical workbook. The Service is delivered entirely online, with the exception of the physical workbook, which is shipped to the address provided by the customer.

1.2. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video content, and the “LSE Advantage” masterclass curriculum, is the property of Eremon Eco Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2.2. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

3. User Accounts

3.1. To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

3.2. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

4.1. The Service is offered as a one-time purchase for the price listed on the Site at the time of purchase. All payments are processed in British Pounds Sterling (£).

4.2. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4.3. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We will give you the option of either continuing with the order at the corrected price or cancelling the order.

5. Physical Products & Shipping

5.1. The physical workbook is shipped to the address provided during checkout. Risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

5.2. We are not responsible for any shipping delays, lost or misdirected packages once they have been confirmed as dispatched by our shipping partner.

6. Refunds

6.1. Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate access to proprietary information and strategies, all sales of The LSE Advantage masterclass are final and strictly non-refundable.

6.2. For any add-on services, such as personal consultations or statement reviews, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Please contact support@lseadvantage.com for any inquiries regarding these services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE.

8.1. IN NO EVENT SHALL EREMON ECO LTD, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8.2. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT.

9.1. These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
